SES specializes in the virtual construction and coordination of three-dimensional (3D) BIM designs using a variety of input data such as original contract documents, specifications, design documents, and equipment submittals. Our capabilities include full coordination services on the HVAC design for both new building construction as well as renovation projects of all sizes, scopes, and complexities.

We use Revit and Navisworks software for BIM coordination on projects with underground piping, hydronic systems, ductwork, chilled water system, piping hangers, variable air volume (VAV) systems, and HVAC equipment.

After solving all clashes by changing elevations, rerouting, or resizing ductwork and piping, a final 3D model is generated. Detailed shop-drawings showing dimensions, elevations, sizes, and system tags are produced from the clash free 3D model. We work closely with all our clients for complete clash resolution.
